INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS, PARENTS AND TEACHERS

Minor Release for Publicity - must be filled out and mailed ahead or brought to the event.
Dinner Reservations Required - for parents and friends.
Menu - lasagna, both vegetarian and with meat, tossed salad, garlic bread, and assorted desserts and beverages.
Charge for parents and friends is $10 each. Reservations required by April 18th to Sandi
